The Hyde Bridge Gallery runs the Visual Arts Programme of The Yeats Society Sligo a not for profit company. The key objectives of The Yeats Society Visual Arts Programme are: To partner with viual artists living in the region, as well as selected artists from all over Ireland and International artists, to provide exhibition and audience engagement opportunities. To provide our audience with access to contemporary visual arts. Exhibitions, related workshops and talks are a dynamic part of The Yeats Society and its programme of events in the heart of Sligo.
Fee: Due to unfortunate funding restraints the Gallery must charge a fee for exhibitions. This year’s exhibition fee is €420 per show with a further 10% commission due on sales. Rental fees charged go towards the day to day running of the gallery. Programme planning, curation and assistance is carried out by gallery committee members who are working artists, volunteering to support the work of the gallery.
